Job summary

Kettle Cuisine, LLC. seeks a Production Supervisor to ensure continuous operation of the production line, maintain safety, sanitation, quality, quantity and cost (SSQQC), and coach direct reports to hit daily KPIs.

You will lead a team in a temperature-controlled food production facility in Maryland, manage shifts, document traceability, and drive continuous improvement while upholding GMPs and company values.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ manufacturing experience (preferably in the food industry).
• Experience in temperature-controlled settings.
• Experience with perishable items.
• Proven record of safe working practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for team environments.
• Goal oriented, organized and detail-focused.
• Proficient in English for training and safety communications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe working practices and GMPs.
• Perform daily area checks for non-compliance and report to supervisor.
• Ensure finished product conforms to specifications.
• Drive and motivate team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Accurate and timely documentation for traceability.
• Follow GMPs and maintain clean production areas.
• Manage schedules, breaks and attendance.
• Communicate issues to relevant parties and coordinate with maintenance.
