Job summary

Kettle Cuisine in Lynn, MA is seeking a QA Technician for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). This full-time role ensures food safety and quality systems (HACCP, SQF, GMPs) are enforced on the production floor.

You will monitor line performance, perform routine tests on environment, raw materials, and finished products, and maintain documentation. Ideal candidate has 2+ years in food manufacturing, good math and computer skills, and strong English communication; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years food manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• English required; Spanish preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production line and perform quality checks on in-process and finished products.
• Maintain daily documentation and data entry.
• Conduct sanitation verifications and pre-operational inspections.
• Calibrate test equipment and ensure HACCP/SQF/GMP compliance.
