Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ manufacturing experience preferably in the food industry
• Experience working in temperature-controlled settings is not specified here.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe working practices
• Perform daily checks of area for non-compliance and report to supervisor
• Ensure finished product conforms to specifications
• Manufacture quality products efficiently within time and quantity parameters
• Drive and motivate team to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Complete required documentation to enable traceability
• Follow GMPs and keep production area clean and tidy
• Manage ERP system transactions and staff schedules
• Plan activities to reduce downtime and communicate issues to stakeholders
• Lead weekly team briefings and coach direct reports
