Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Grenada, Mississippi, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our chiller manufacturing facility. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on safe, efficient production, continuous improvement, and developing a high‑performance team.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes, monitor daily schedules, and ensure quality and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in manufacturing or production.
• Experience in HVAC/refrigeration-related industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with chiller systems and manufacturing processes preferred.
• Strong team management, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lean methods and Six Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support production employees while prioritizing safety and quality.
• Manage daily production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Coordinate staffing and workloads for maximum efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering/maintenance to resolve issues.
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions to improve throughput and cost-effectiveness.
• Support new product introductions on the production floor.
