Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in understanding and interpreting engineering drawings and production schedules.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the production team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Plan, organize, and oversee manufacturing processes related to data center products.
• Maintain high-quality standards and enforce production protocols.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics to senior management.
