Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably with data center exposure.

• Excellent verbal and written communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schedules, and quality control standards.

Responsibilities
