Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Missouri is seeking a driven Operations Supervisor for our data center production facility on 3rd shift. You will oversee daily manufacturing operations, coach a production team, and lead safety and quality initiatives to deliver high-quality chillers and cooling systems.

This role offers hands-on leadership, exposure to continuous improvement, and opportunities to advance within operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years in manufacturing leadership.
• Experience in HVAC/refrigeration a plus.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred.
• Ability to drive safety and quality in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a production team to meet output targets.
• Monitor schedules, improve throughput, and manage staffing.
• Lead lean improvement initiatives and KPI tracking.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance on the floor.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams.
