Modine in Grenada, MS seeks a Production Supervisor to plan, develop and manage heat transfer product manufacturing to meet customer needs and budget targets. You will lead the workforce, coordinate schedules, and ensure on-time shipping while maintaining cost and quality standards.

The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, safety, and continuous improvement. SAP, Kronos and MS Office experience preferred; BA/BS degree is preferred with minimal travel involved.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience required.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP and Kronos is a plus; strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Selects and trains employees to perform tasks effectively.
• Manage day-to-day operations: planning, scheduling, staffing and machine maintenance.
• Meet or exceed the annual manufacturing budget.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
