Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee Grenada, MS data center production. You will lead the production team, ensure safe operations, and maintain quality standards while coordinating with engineering and quality teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing and at least five years of supervisory manufacturing experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing environment; data center exposure a plus.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and team development abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production team to meet daily targets.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety and health compliance.
• Maintain high-quality standards and perform regular inspections/audits.
• Plan and oversee manufacturing processes for data center products.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA and Supply Chain for smooth operations.
• Prepare and present production metrics and improvement plans to senior management.
