Beacon EmbeddedWorks is seeking a results-oriented Shift Supervisor to lead a Manufacturing Team on the second shift in Minnesota. You will oversee Production Associates, ensure quality and safety, and drive productivity in a hands-on role across SMT, test, and quality inspection tasks.

The ideal candidate has supervisory manufacturing experience, ERP and Lean manufacturing knowledge, and strong communication in English. This on-site position offers a 4-day work week and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Two to five years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Fundamental knowledge of ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Supervises second shift and production associates to meet quality, safety and output targets.
• Trains, motivates and develops team members across a manufacturing area.
• Directs setup and operation of SMT, test and quality inspection tasks as needed.
• Monitors safety, scheduling, and workflow; coordinates with other team leaders.
• Ensures adherence to quality systems and production plans; resolves issues.
