Job summary

Banner Engineering's Brooklyn Park, MN facility seeks a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3 pm – 1:30 am, Mon–Thu). This hands-on role requires knowledge of all supervised functions and reports to the Production Manager. Exempt status applies per FLSA.

The role involves leading a team, ensuring safety and quality standards, and coordinating shift outcomes. Candidates should have relevant education or equivalent experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or operations-related field or Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a production environment.
• 3+ years of experience in successful management of hourly employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and manage the interview and hiring process with HR.
