Job summary

Beacon EmbeddedWorks in Minnesota seeks a manufacturing technician on 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 10 hours) to support soldering, testing and inspection across multiple processes. The role bridges machine operation and assembly with a strong emphasis on quality and efficient production flow.

You will work with SMT equipment, AOI, X-ray, and reflow systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ITAR. A collaborative team environment, competitive benefits, and a 4-day work week await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience soldering, testing, SMT and quality inspection.
• Able to work in manufacturing and cross-train in multiple areas.
• Wollows great attention to detail and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load component reels onto SMT feeders and carts.
• Perform feeder setup and parts value verification.
• Assist in stencil setup and screen printing.
• Operate AOI, Board Loader, Screen Printer, Paste Inspection, Pick and Place, Reflow oven and X-ray machines.
• Maintain and update quality data in MES for SPC.
• Follow ISO 9001/AS9100/13485 and ITAR requirements.
• Cross-train in other manufacturing areas as needed.
