1st St. NW Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead maintenance and assembly of machined parts in a low-volume, high-mix setting.

You will coach staff, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements, and track KPIs using the ERP system. The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing/assembly experience and 2+ years in a supervisor role, with experience in machining environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical education.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/assembly experience.
• 2+ years in a production supervisor role.
• Experience in a machining environment.
• Experience with an ERP/MRP system.
• Ability to work mid/2nd shift.
• Experience in low-volume, high-mix manufacturing.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily mechanical assembly operations in a low-volume, high-mix environment.
• Develop, coach, and hold production employees accountable.
• Lead continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Monitor production KPIs and performance.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate across Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain.
• Enter and follow assembly data in ERP system.
