ManpowerGroup is assisting a leading manufacturing client in Beaver Dam, WI, to find a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will lead a cross-functional operations team across production, planning, materials, quality, engineering, and facilities to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with ERP system proficiency and strong communication skills. A four-day workweek and competitive compensation are included.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years leading teams or coordinating operations.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Spanish-English bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals.
• Coordinate and support production employees while driving engagement, training, and development.
• Partner with Planning, Materials, Quality, Engineering, and Facilities teams to maintain efficient flow.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop employees while ensuring policy compliance.
