Job summary

Revlon is seeking a production supervisor for our Oxford, NC site. The role requires full‑time onsite presence, leading daily production, and mentoring the team to meet safety, quality, and schedule objectives.

Preferred candidates hold a BS/BA in engineering with 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a GMP environment. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential for driving continuous improvement and team morale.

Qualifications

• Preferred: a 4-year BS/BA in engineering and 5–7 years of supervision in a production environment.
• Experience with FDA–GMP environment and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate and develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production for the assigned value stream.
• Supervise filing and assembly with work direction, schedules, and mentoring for associates.
• Drive safety, quality, waste reduction, and targeted productivity across shifts.
• Monitor compliance to ensure orders are completed on time and inventory levels are maintained.
• Collect data and report metrics; communicate issues and solutions to Operations Manager.
• Back up the Operations Manager as needed and coordinate with other sites.
