Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a dedicated production worker for our Lexington, NC facility. The 3rd shift runs 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Sunday through Thursday, with overtime as needed. Base pay is $17.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities include operating mass-production equipment for windows, doors, and glass units, while maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, forklift and crane experience are a plus, and a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required/preferred.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work a 3rd shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate mass-production workstation to build windows, doors, and glass units.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and wrapping materials as needed.
• Read and follow work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Inspect products for defects and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
