Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate for the 3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am, Sun–Thu) at the Lexington, NC site. Base pay is $17.00 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential, totaling $18.00 hourly, plus overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include mass-producing window components, forklift operation, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The role requires forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED; previous experience a plus.
• Good attitude, team oriented, dependable and energetic.
• Flexible with either day or night shifts and weekends if needed.
• Read a tape measure and understand basic measurements.
• Overhead crane and forklift experience a plus.
• Mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Deliver, wrap, load, and unload materials or windows as needed.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
• Read and follow work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Inspect products for defects and read measurements.
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
