Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor (HTL Production Supervisor) to lead safety, quality, and productivity across the manufacturing facility. You will supervise production teams, implement daily improvements, and report to the HTL Production Manager in a fast-paced printing environment.

Expect Monday–Friday schedule 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with a focus on coaching teams, managing timekeeping, and driving KPI performance in safety, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in printing processes HTL, screen press or graphic printing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision: manage personnel, including hiring, performance appraisals, promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Performance management: set annual goals, provide regular feedback, track staff development.
• Training: identify skill gaps and provide targeted training opportunities to attract and retain talent.
• Administrative oversight: manage timekeeping, overtime, vacation scheduling, and labor allocation.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity initiatives within the facility and report to the HTL Production Manager.
