Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Production Lead to operate Service Bureau equipment and lead production decisions in the absence of the Supervisor. The role follows the D Shift schedule, including overnight hours, with responsibilities across production, quality, and coordination with the team.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs 1/3 to 2/3 of the time.
• Strong attention to quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate Service Bureau equipment as trained.
• Provide guidance on jobs in the Supervisor's absence.
• Coordinate with Supervisor to meet customer directives and production schedules.
• Log time and materials in ERP accurately.
