Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Wisconsin seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the 2nd shift production team, ensuring targets are met on time and maintaining quality standards. You will manage on-floor operations, monitor yields, and implement real-time adjustments to keep processes running smoothly.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and motivating staff while upholding safety, HACCP/USDA compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience leading and mentoring staff or managing a process or project.
Food or beverage manufacturing background preferred; logistics/warehouse experience acceptable.
Strong communication and analytical abilities for problem solving in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to work long hours and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

Perform daily inspections on the production floor and take corrective action as needed.
Lead safety audits and ensure HACCP and USDA regulations are followed.
Maintain product quality by enforcing Food Safety and Quality plans and SOPs.
Track yields, efficiencies, and variances; collaborate with Ops to improve workflows and reduce downtime.
Direct and guide hourly production employees on safety, quality, and production goals.
Lead monthly line meetings and walk the production floor daily.
Analyze metrics and propose changes to improve efficiency and cost.
