Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in Cudahy, WI. You will guide production staff to meet targets with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. You’ll oversee the full process, from monitoring yields to real-time adjustments, and coach teams to improve efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 2+ years of experience, plus capability to lead, train, and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment. Weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading training, coaching, or mentoring staff.
• Food/beverage manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees on shifts to meet targets with safety and quality focus.
• Perform daily floor inspections and correct unsafe conditions immediately.
• Lead safety audits and ensure HACCP/USDA compliance.
• Monitor yields, efficiencies, and variances to improve workflows.
• Direct hourly staff to align on safety, quality, and production goals.
• Lead monthly line meetings and daily floor walks.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive cost-effective improvements.
