Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Cudahy, Wisconsin. You will guide production employees, ensure targets are met, and drive quality on the floor while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 2+ years of experience, preferably in food/beverage manufacturing, and the ability to train and coach the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading and coaching hourly staff or project teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Food or beverage manufacturing background preferred; logistics/warehouse acceptable.
• Strong verbal and written communication; analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Motivates and develops teams in fast-paced environments with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production floor during shifts to meet targets and quality standards.
• Lead safety initiatives, audits, and HACCP/USDA compliance.
• Coach and train hourly staff; monitor yields and adjust processes to improve efficiency.
• Run monthly line meetings and daily floor walks to ensure alignment.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive improvements to reduce costs.
