Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on the 2nd shift in Salt Lake City. You will hire, train and direct entry level production staff, drive daily productivity and quality, maintain inventory control, and uphold safety policies with OSHA compliance.

This management role carries hands-on responsibility for daily production flow and bottom-line results, with a focus on building a culture of safety and efficiency across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to handle physical requirements of the position and manage production activities.
