Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on the 2nd shift in Columbus, OH. You will oversee hiring, training and directing entry-level production staff, manage daily production flow and ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met while maintaining inventory control.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting.
• Ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.
