Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on the 2nd shift. You will hire, train and supervise entry level production staff, ensuring daily productivity and quality targets are met while maintaining inventory integrity and plant safety.

In this management role, you will be accountable for daily production flow and bottom line results, with hands-on leadership and a strong emphasis on OSHA-compliant practices and teamwork across the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and lift/lift-and-bend activities.
• Willingness to start within two weeks after offer.
