Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Columbus, IN is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead and direct the Production team. You will hire, train and supervise entry-level workers, manage daily production flow, and ensure productivity and quality standards are met while maintaining inventory control and safety.

You will foster a culture of safety, train partners on safety policies, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on the 2nd shift.
• Hire, train, and supervise entry-level production workers.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements; maintain inventory control.
• Maintain safety in the plant and train partners on safety policies.
