Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on a fast-paced shift, hiring, training and directing entry-level staff while meeting daily productivity and quality targets.

You will maintain inventory control, uphold safety standards, train partners on company safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance, with hands-on responsibility for daily production flow and the bottom line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (bending, twisting, lifting).

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on a fast-paced shift.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and safety in the plant.
• Train partners on company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Provide hands-on accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.
