Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams across plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse operations.

You will supervise predictive and preventive maintenance, coordinate with Production, and ensure strong equipment reliability to maximize production efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for meat processing and ammonia refrigeration backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination is required.
• Food manufacturing/meat processing background is a plus.
• Ammonia refrigeration background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians on predictive and preventative maintenance, repairs.
• Train staff on proper work methods and safety procedures.
• Supervise maintenance systems, documentation, and KPIs.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production to address equipment and facility repairs.
• Develop and implement TPM, SOPs, Safety programs.
• Provide long-term solutions and day-to-day troubleshooting for equipment failures.
• Report status to maintenance management and monitor supplier/contractor performance.
• Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory.
