Job summary

CMCO is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to direct machining, welding, painting, finishing, and assembly operations. The role requires broad knowledge of manufacturing processes and journeyman-level skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in manufacturing environments.
• 3–5 years in supervisory roles in manufacturing.
• Broad knowledge of machining, welding, assembly, and trade skills.
• High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct machining, welding, painting, finishing, and assembly operations.
• Ensure safety and proper use of PPE.
• Lead and evaluate team performance and productivity.
• Maintain quality and on-time shipments while controlling costs.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance for process improvements.
• Develop labor plans and sequencing with Production Control.
