Job summary

PCI Pharma Services' Linden Rd facility seeks a Maintenance Supervisor on the 2nd shift (Mon-Thurs, 3:00pm-1:00am) to develop and manage lean maintenance processes that ensure equipment reliability and safe working conditions.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment within specifications, auditing 5S practices, and ensuring timely completion of work orders while optimizing rate, yield and utilization.

Qualifications

• Formal technical training and/or 3-5 years related maintenance experience.
• Strong mathematical skills for analysis and problem solving.
• Advanced computer skills for data tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in communicating in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement policies to achieve operating goals.
• Ensure safe working environment and provide necessary training.
• Maintain all equipment and facilities in safe, efficient condition.
• Monitor OEE targets and drive improvements in rate, yield, utilization.
• Lead cross-functional teamwork with PM, Planning, Engineering, and Production.
