Job summary

Butterball is seeking a plant supervisor to guide day-to-day operations at a Butterball facility in the United States. You will manage a team, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive lean manufacturing initiatives to meet KPIs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement, training, and compliant execution of production plans, while supporting a culture of safety and inclusion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety, HACCP, and plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of a team, provides coaching, and supports goal delivery.
• Enforces safety policies and conducts routine safety and quality audits.
• Ensures compliance with USDA, OSHA, HACCP and other guidelines.
• Drives lean manufacturing, process improvements, and cost improvements.
• Monitors KPIs such as safety, efficiency, waste, downtime, and labor costs.
• Oversees training, development, and staffing decisions.
