Qualifications

• 12+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a plant function through managers and provide strategic direction.
• Guide development and execution of operational strategies, long-range plans, and annual plans.
• Review and approve plans for product control, budget, labor, and quality/safety standards.
• Monitor external market to identify opportunities, issues, and risks.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and communication processes translating strategy into action.
