Job summary

Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-line and team-lead staff to meet production goals.
• Provide coaching, feedback and direction to employees.
• Promote 5S and Lean practices to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, OSHA, and internal standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demand.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality; manage multiple tasks with energy.
