Responsibilities

• Maintain production flow and inform Operations Manager of problems meeting goals
• Assign daily tasks and priorities to employees to prevent delays
• Resolve quality, material and work instruction issues
• Care for equipment and tools; lead 6S initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve process issues
• Provide training to staff as required
• Represent company policies and conduct performance reviews
• Develop countermeasures to address cell performance
• Oversee time and attendance and schedule overtime as needed
