Modine is seeking an Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift to oversee all production activities within the facility. The role requires coaching staff, coordinating with other departments, and driving continuous improvement using lean tools such as 5S and Kaizen.

The candidate should have a technical background and 1–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with familiarity in SPC methods and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with SPC methods and lean initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Coach and develop direct reports and maintain a positive culture.
• Coordinate production with other departments and schedule work.
• Write maintenance work orders and manage uptime.
• Lead lean initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure safety/OSHA compliance and proper housekeeping.
• Manage department budget and material needs.
• Ensure quality standards and SPC requirements are met.
