Ducommun Incorporated in Joplin, MO seeks a experienced Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead frontline production teams, coordinate staffing, and ensure safety and quality.

You will outline procedures, assign duties, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement using 5S and Lean, while complying with SOX, OSHA, and company standards.

A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years manufacturing and supervisory experience is preferred, with Six Sigma Green Belt a plus; equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 10+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive manufacturing experience; electronics/aerospace preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise and lead frontline production personnel and team leads.
• Outline work procedures and assign duties to meet requirements.
• Provide daily leadership, coaching, and feedback to staff.
• Train and counsel employees on work processes and policies.
• Ensure efficient staffing and workflow to meet customer demand.
