Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead safety, quality and productivity on the 2nd shift, with training on the 1st shift for 2–3 months.

You will oversee daily production, assign work, coach staff, enforce policies and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth shift transitions and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a PM manufacturing facility, plus strong written and verbal communication and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex employee relations matters.
• Solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals.

• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Coordinate quality efforts and achieve quality standards.
• Champion 5S and housekeeping programs.
