Job summary

Tyson Foods seeks a 2nd shift supervisor for our Tennessee facility. You will oversee all production operations, supervise production supervisors, manage schedules, product rotation, and CCP verification. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements include 3+ years in manufacturing supervision (or 2+ years at Tyson) and familiarity with processing floor operations; HACCP knowledge is preferred. Relocation and onsite daycare are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role or 2+ years of Tyson supervisory experience.
• HACCP certification and a basic understanding of HACCP principles preferred.
• Knowledge of fresh meats processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all production operations at the facility.
• Manage all production supervisors’ departments, production schedules, product rotation, CCP verification schedules, and oversee the safety committee.
