Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a manufacturing supervisor for our plant in the United States. This role manages all production operations, directs the production schedule, and ensures CCP verification and safety compliance on the floor.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in supervisory roles and knowledge of meat processing. The position requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of supervisory experience (or 2+ years at Tyson), and familiarity with HACCP principles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role or 2+ years of Tyson supervisory experience.
• HACCP certification and understanding of HACCP principles; CCP monitoring verification preferred.
• Knowledge of fresh meats processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production operations at the facility, including supervising departments and schedules.
• Manage production supervisors, production calendars, and product rotation.
• Schedule CCP verification and participate in the safety committee.
• Review team performance and develop members in deficient areas.
• Some travel is required as needed.
