Menasha Corporation is seeking a production supervisor to direct and supervise production personnel, ensuring safety and efficient operations across the plant.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, maintain floor visibility, and support LEAF and engagement initiatives while addressing safety and quality issues. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Travel 5–10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• 2 years in a formal leadership position
• 2 years in plastics or fabrication environment
• 2 years in a union setting, when applicable

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise production personnel to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Manage and direct plant floor activities to improve resources utilization.
• Ensure timely responses to quality and personnel issues.
• Confer with departments to review operations and reports.
• Promote continuous improvement and LEAF initiatives.
• Maintain high plant floor visibility during shifts.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
