TreeHouse Foods in Green Bay, WI seeks a 2nd shift Leader to supervise up to 50 hourly team members in production, ensuring safe, quality products and adherence to GMP. You will lead daily shift huddles, coaching and developing staff and coordinating line rotations and downtime logging.

Key duties include assigning line personnel, supporting equipment changeovers, applying PDCA/6W2H for safety issues, and documenting Daily Roster and Production reports.

Competenze

• Supervise up to 50 employees on shift.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, analytical and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Produce safe, quality products and ensure GMP compliance.
• Lead shift huddles and coach hourly team members.
• Assign personnel and manage line rotations and downtime logging.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and TMOS meetings.
