Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Barron County, WI area to lead daily production across multiple lines and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role involves coordinating with Quality Control, Maintenance, Operations, and Customer Service to meet goals and support staffing and coaching efforts. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–5+ years of supervisory experience, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality standards, GMPs, and food safety practices.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily production activities across multiple manufacturing lines to meet production goals.
• Monitor production performance, adjust schedules, and ensure efficient workflow throughout each shift.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Operations, and Customer Service to maintain product quality and customer requirements.
• Support staffing, employee coaching, timekeeping, and workforce planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMPs, food safety standards, and company policies.
