Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
• 2–5 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience leading production teams in high-volume manufacturing preferred.

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety policies and PPE.
• Drive accountability for safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and standards.
• Assign work and monitor performance to meet schedules and objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
• Coordinate staffing needs, schedules, and daily production requirements.
• Lead employee training and development initiatives to build capability.
