Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Production Leader to oversee a 50-person shift on the second shift at our Green Bay facility. You will supervise, coach, and mentor hourly team members while ensuring safety and quality across the line.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to successfully supervise up to 50 people.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational, multitasking, analytical thinking, problem solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Computer data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce safe, quality products and address food safety/quality concerns.
• Enter run information into CDC (MII) system and assign downtime reasons.
• Rotate employees on the line every 15-30 minutes to ensure proper staffing.
• Complete Daily Roster, Production Report, Employee Exception Sheets, and other documentation.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and participate in TMOS meetings.
• Coach, develop and train hourly team members; report conflicts to Supervisors.
