Job summary

Agrati, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the shop floor in a fast-paced cold heading and cold forming environment. You will drive performance, coach teams, and implement continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality align with customer requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising production personnel, scheduling, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining compliance with EH&S and IATF standards to optimize efficiency and yield on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and minimum three years in production, quality, or warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data, safety procedures, and manuals.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team on the shop floor using a J.I.T. system and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet targets and quality standards.
• Schedule production, coordinate with other supervisors, and manage resources.
• Coach staff, conduct evaluations, and approve leave and overtime requests.
• Drive safety, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance (IATF).
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and improve yield.
