Agrati Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for the first shift to lead our manufacturing team. You will oversee daily production operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and motivate the team toward operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably in the automotive fastener
• Hands-on mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and warehouse equipment
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations on the first shift and ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Motivate and lead the manufacturing team toward operational excellence
• Direct, train, and mentor employees in machine operation and setup of equipment
• Track production performance and ensure on-time delivery to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with other departments and management to optimize productivity and safety
