Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Supervisor to lead a shift in our California facility. This role manages hourly leads, production associates, and line operators, ensuring output meets plan and quality standards.

You will own coaching, performance reviews, training, and adherence to SOPs while partnering with Cross-functional teams to drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement on the floor. The position requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong problem solving, and comfort with ERP

Qualifications

2+ years of successful supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
Track record of driving KPIs and meeting goals.
Experience developing team members through coaching and management.
Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets, ERP systems, and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned team (hourly production leads, production associates, machine leads/operators) to meet production targets.
Hire, coach, and conduct performance reviews for team members.
Ensure SOPs are followed and safety standards are maintained.
Coordinate with warehouse and other functions to ensure materials and counts align with plan.
Oversee portioning, meal bagging, and shipping lines and maintain clean, safe work areas.
