Job summary

Dessert Holdings invites applications for a Production Shift Manager (2nd Shift) based in Aurora, CO. You will lead the 2nd shift, drive KPI targets, ensure safety and quality, and work with first-level supervisors to maximize production effectiveness.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years leadership experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Experience leading first-level supervisors and teams.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma concepts and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and staff on shift.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and foster safety culture.
• Drive on-time delivery, productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Translate goals to all levels and monitor performance data.
• Cross-train team and manage resources to meet targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving.
• Assess performance and provide feedback to staff.
