Dessert Holdings is looking for a production shift manager (2nd Shift) to be based in Aurora, CO. The Production Shift Manager reports to the Assistant Plant Manager and is directly responsible for leading their assigned production shift by working hand in hand with their direct reports - production supervisors. This role will be accountable for maximizing production effectiveness by establishing and maintaining standard work, attaining company KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), and developing continuous improvement methods. This person will be focused on the achievement of zero accidents, zero quality defects, and zero unplanned controllable downtime. In addition, this role will be responsible for sustainable results through the continuous development of our people.
The typical hiring range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 annually and is based on several factors such as education, work experience, skills, certifications, location, etc. In addition to pay, Dessert Holdings offers benefits such as a choice of comprehensive medical plans, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and retirement contribution to all eligible employees.
