Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English or Spanish.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends when needed.
• Read and follow formulas, temperatures and times per BOM.
• Understand GMP, SQF and HACCP for food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production supplies to prevent line shutdowns.
• Follow GMP policies and procedures in daily tasks.
• Read product formulas and BOM specs accurately.
• Coordinate product flow with Production Leads for batches.
• Meet production standards within required timeframes.
